Job Description - Outreach & Admissions - ATLAS SkillTech University
Position Overview: Responsible for leading and managing the Outreach activity of the entire University, building strategy to broaden awareness; and increase the visibility across a wider audience for the Programs. Ensuring appropriate level of support and resources are allocated for effective outreach delivery in line with the University Outreach plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the Outreach activity for the respective territory so as to achieve student enrolment targets through this channel
- To develop long-term value relationship with high potential schools/ colleges through personal interactions and multiple engagement activities and workshops
- To liaise with stakeholders to support delivery of outreach programmes and successful progression of programme participants to the University
- To conceptualize, plan & ensure implementation of focused marketing activities through schools/ colleges to increase visibility
- To own and manage all the events / boot-camps/ exhibitions / fairs end to end within and outside campus
- To own all other outreach, student engagement, counselling and lead generation related activities on / off campus
- To monitor student applications & enrollments through Outreach activity and take corrective action as and when required
- To create attractive and meaningful presentations to be delivered in such events
- To conceive the events, outline activities in detail with accountabilities and timelines
- To keep track of deliverables and ensure successful execution (number of bootcamps, campus visits, counsellor meets)
- To coordinate with members of faculty wherever their participation is required
- To identify opportunities with focus on schools which have given us good students in the past
- To make presentations in schools either with a professional counsellor or self
- To manage effective relationship with schools for future events and engagements
