Understand their hiring needs and ensure the delivery of hiring needs within SLA. - Proactively evaluate and assess the client group's talent acquisition needs (with a focus on both current recruiting needs and emerging talent needs) to implement creative, efficient, and effective sourcing and recruitment campaigns. - Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates - Proactively identify and address hiring needs - Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures - Manage a team of recruiters and provide guidance as needed - Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs - Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS) - Implement online and offline employer branding activities - Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire - Bench management, Requirement allocation, Operations management. - Complete ownership and responsibility of P&L for staffing business Candidate Requirement : - Bachelor's or Master's degree with 12+ years of experience in management / leadership role managing a sizable team involved in IT Staffing. - Strong account management experience - Experience in Liaising Global Stakeholders for hiring needs - Experience in Client Servicing and Relationship Management - Experience in managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives - Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks) - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases - Strong experience and skills managing complex projects in a dynamic and stressful environment - Good team-management abilities - Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, Clients and candidates) - Strong experience in talent mapping, networking and hiring for niche skills in technology
