WHAT'LL DO AT ATHER :

- Build and maintain high quality analytical solutions to support data insight's objective of the Organization.

- Develop automated financial reporting process for generating strategic insights and actional decisions - involves implementing COPA module in SAP.

- Standardize and automate existing FP&A reports, metrics, and dashboards in addition to designing new financial/business reporting packages.

- Design and support advanced analytical models for Finance team by leveraging data science techniques.

- Create visualizations to analyse the data and work with business finance partner to provide insights - involves tools like Tableau, Power BI

- Create and work on integrated planning solution to covers sales, projects, people, cost centres, cashflow and financial planning models.

- Maintain and document current and new system process flows.

- Support rest of the FP&A team with ad-hoc analysis as necessary

HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

- Prior experience and inclination in financial planning and analysis of 2-4 years

- Proficiency in SQL with 4+ years of experience working with large data sets.

- Ability to drive business solutions to loosely defined problems in a data driven manner.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver quality output to meet the deadlines and handle details without losing sight of the bigger picture.

- Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to summarize complex technical issues to non-expert audiences, both written and verbal

- Self-starter and able to work independently.

- Experience in developing financial reporting in ERP environment by utilising data from multiple source systems (applications - MS office, SAP Cloud Analytics, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, etc)

YOU BRING TO ATHER :

- Prior experience and inclination in financial planning and analysis of 2-4 years

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Finance with 4+ years of relevant experience .
