Ather Energy has built India's first intelligent electric scooter. We manufacture two scooter models at present - 450 and 450X. We have also established an electric vehicle charging network called AtherGrid. The company is based in Bangalore and was founded in 2013 by Tarun Mehta and Swapnil Jain. Our manufacturing facility is set up in Whitefield. We own and operate our own experience centers (called AtherSpace) to give our customers a complete ownership experience. They choose to own the experience of a vehicle that is built from scratch, offers an unparalleled ride, and is powered by intelligence. - We are looking for applicants that have graduated from top B-Schools and highly motivated to work in fast-paced teams that interact with leadership and shape company policy. - Candidates should have relevant experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits, possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, be able to engage with multiple stakeholders, be able to operate independently and guide / work together with teams. Exposure to a startup environment is a plus. - Design compensation structures/models, allowances, salary ranges, long &amp; short term incentive programs, policy formulation across group entities - Budgeting, financial impact analysis and scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions and implementation plans - Refine market intelligence data to periodically benchmark compensation programs / processes in scope and recommend enhancements to improve their competitiveness. - Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation - Design and deployment of various compensation programs to drive organizational performance through world-class practices of governance and employee experience - Large change / program management including those that affect the larger organization and drive business value - Lead key / strategic initiatives within the Practice - Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity. - Develop and report metrics related to effectiveness of managed compensation programs / processes. - Engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements. - Develop targeted education programs and communication material on compensation offerings.
