What will I be working on?
Benefits Administration: The role holder will be managing the employee benefits portfolio - ESOPS, Insurance, Wellness Benefits, Lease plans etc. Shall be on constant lookout for adding more benefits at optimum cost.
HR Technology: Shall replicate HR processes on tools, for automation. Handle HRMS tool independently and will be a GOTO person for same.
Offer Desk Management: Will handle pay proposal & offer dispatch portfolio. Understanding of pay parity, internal - external influences, role definitions is critical
Employee Operations: The role holder is responsible for maintaining employee file, manage onboarding and exit process, adhere to background verification & address escalations.
Supporting C&B function in salary benchmarking, budgeting, analysis.
What skills and experience do I need?
The Role requires you to have the following attributes
1) Min 3 + year of experience in HR Operations/ Compensation & Benefits with a process-oriented organization handling manpower of over 200 employees at least.
2) Proficient in Excel & HR Tools.
3) Excellent Communication Skills.
Maximum Salary for this role - 12 lacs
