TA Strategy Development
- Contribute to the development of the Talent Acquisition strategy and provide inputs in key decisions that impact recruitment outcomes
- Partner with business and function heads based in head office to implement business, employer branding and talent strategy and plans as well as talent needs and expectations
Talent Acquisition
- Raise manpower requisitions for recruitment and ensure positions are filled by sourcing and evaluating talent in coordination with business supervisors
- Coordinate with temporary staffing/ contract worker agencies as needed
- Follow hiring policies and walk candidates (DM and above) through the entire process ( schedule interviews and manage logistics)
- Develop various channels and measure effectiveness of each recruitment channel
- Ensure transition of employees into new roles in coordination with Circle HR Head and Learning and Development Managers
- Track and monitor data recovered from exit interviews and use it to develop alternative recruitment strategies"
Internal Customer Satisfaction
- Interact with Circle HR Head and employees through ongoing interactions to identify issues of concern/ respond to grievances, to discuss with concerned and take corrective and proactive actions/initiatives to enhance TA effectiveness
