ATC - Head - Rewards & Performance (10-15 yrs)

- Design and oversee implementation of Reward and Recognition policies across all levels of employees

- Oversee determination and disbursement of all aspects of compensation and benefits (Fixed, STI, LTI etc.) for all employees

- Align Performance Management System and processes with HR Strategy and overall organization strategy while cascading organizational goals across all levels within ATC India"

Responsibility

Rewards Management

- Design a compensation and benefits policy for all levels of employees that is consistent with the HR vision and strategy

- Ensure standardization and transparency in the application of compensation policy

- Define compensation bands, compa ratios and percentile of compensation as compared to industry

- Manage the gratuity, pension fund and other employee compensation funds and ensure the security of funds

- Engage with external agencies to conduct compensation benchmarking "

Strategy Development

- Contribute to the development of the overall Rewards and Performance strategy of ATC India and provide inputs in key decisions that impact HR policy outcomes

- Suggest intervention initiatives for the overall HR strategy and structural improvements based on changing the business context

- Obtain buy-in from business and developing plans to effectively implement the organization's talent performance management strategy

- Scan market environment for the latest trends in performance management, succession planning and rewards and recognition policies and identify leading HR practices that can benefit ATC in order to increase alignment of HR plans to the overall business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness."

Performance Management

- Drive improvement of PMS, Performance linked bonus and incentives plans etc.

- Oversee the implementation of the performance management system at all India level

- Create an appropriate linkage between performance and rewards

- Ensure that the bell curve is maintained across levels and functions

- Develop the career and succession plan and manage the Rewards and Recognition policy

HR Process Development and Review

- Lead conceptualization and development of systemic improvement in HR processes linked to Rewards, Performance Management, Competency Development, Organization Structure, Career Planning etc.

- Coordinate with corporate HR to facilitate the evaluation and adoption of technology to support HR processes

- Review the effective execution of HR processes and policies and resolve any escalated issues related to performance management, compensation and benefits "

Internal Customer Satisfaction

- Act as the point of escalation when issues arise with regards to the payroll and compensation of both onroll employees and associates

- Interact with employees through exclusive and ongoing one to one interactions (especially senior management), identify issues of concern, discuss with concerned and suggest corrective and proactive actions/initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction within the organization"

HR Budgeting

- Estimate bottom-up annual HR Compensation and Rewards budget which will act as an input to the actual HR budget

- Monitor HR metrics such as Spend vs Budget, track/monitor HR cost per employee, etc. and review implementation procedures to ensure that metrics are within defined norms

People Management and Development

- Allocate responsibilities to the members within the team, supervise performance, resolve grievances, counsel and mentor team members

- Lead and provide guidance to direct reports

- Monitor attrition in the team and drive engagement initiatives to build morale

- Ensure the timely completion of performance appraisals with quality review and inputs from Managers in order to increase the capability and morale of the team to deliver goals"
