About the role : We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will define the what, why & how of building new products for our 5mn+ users. The primary roles and responsibilities for this role are : 1. Work with product designers, user experience specialists, and Engineers to translate the requirements into live products. 2. Interact with key stakeholders to define the metrics, measurements and tools to quantify business goals. 3. Define and manage near-term and long-term product roadmaps, managing trade-offs and competing priorities. 4. Develop the user experience, goals, stories and requirements that will be used to create product specifications 5. Communicate program successes, failures, lessons learned and mitigation plans to stakeholders. 7. Recommend the nature and scope of present and future products and projects by reviewing specifications and requirements; and coming up with new product ideas and execution roadmap. Mandatory Qualifications : 1. Must have worked in a product management role at a tech-first consumer internet firm with reputable products, for at least 4 years 2. Overall Work experience of around 5-7 years Desired Qualifications : 1. Demonstrated data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics) 2. Sound business judgement and ability to take ownership, conduct data-driven deep dives and deliver results 3. Proven ability to self-manage work and move forward in the face of ambiguity. 4. Very strong with articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, multiple use cases, and edge cases. 5. Hands-on and should have the ability to execute things fast and at scale. 6.
