Job Description:
- New business development from existing and new customers. Responsible for the business targets of the territory / Region.
- To handle all activities related to Sales & Marketing etc.
- To handle part of state and drive business
- Responsible Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets and new areas of business growth looking for business opportunities with the for primary & secondary sales
- Explore opportunities for gaining market share by analyzing data and trends to ensure sustainable sale potential
- Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines
- Team Management & Work on growth and development of the reporting team by providing them with required inputs, direction and opportunities.
- Productive utilization of manpower resources to drive business growths
Skills Required:
- Any Graduate - (BE / B. Tech Preferable) + MBA from Top ranked Colleges or Top B-School with prior experience in Channel sales or distributor Sales.
- Candidate should have experience in Sales, working for Building Material, Paints, "Sanitary ware" / hardware, Adhesives of Construction Industry
- Should have excellent relations with trade and Dealers, Distributors & Retailers
