Senior Specialist - Marketing

- This role will drive the development & execution of product messaging, core content, and new experiences at digital/online touchpoints to differentiate Asteria Aerospace Drone solutions in the Enterprise & Defence & Homeland Security market.

- In this role, the Senior Specialist, Marketing will support in executing the strategic vision of Asteria's differentiator for products and solutions in the B2B space cross-functionally with Product & Tech, and Sales to deliver the vision.

- You have the vision to stitch product, sales, and marketing needs to execute and deliver on-time campaigns.

- You have a mix of technical savvy acumen with a proven background to create and develop touchpoints like websites & social presence for business customers.

Responsibilities :

- Understand competition propositions, usage of products, and solutions, and gaps in touchpoints in B2B space.

- Create, develop and update digital channels and website to implement product marketing frameworks to deliver product value proposition and user selling proposition.

- Simplifies persona development and develops customer touchpoints online to create and communicate marketing content, media, and GTM strategy.

- Delivers and executes launch base content and product messaging across.

- This job will involve 60-70% hours of deployment in execution and 30-40% in Strategy & Planning.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of proven experience in executing B2B product marketing and lead generation campaigns essential but not limited to online platforms.

- Ability to develop and update online platforms and touchpoints (website, social, and other digital channels) to ensure consistency of launch deliverables.

- Demonstrated competence in influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams (product, technology, and sales team) to action.

- Should understand website approach, site structure, new age Content management systems, UI/UX, HTML5, and backend lead management system.

- Hand-on expertise in marketing tools and technologies for tracking, analyzing, measuring data across campaigns, channels, tactics, email, search, website analytics, social and other digital platforms

- Highly organized, decisive, and a quick problem solver with the ability to have attention to detail.

- Customer Acquisition experiences for trails & subscriptions will be an add-on.

- Ability to write product positioning materials and experience in driving partnership with Product/tech teams and sales team on customer messaging will be an add-on.

- Self-driven and proactive and be able to work independently without hand holding

- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
