Job Description: Specific Responsibilities: 1. Perform orientations, onboarding, and update internal records with new hire details. 2. Manage end to end Performance Management Process including KRA, KPI, assessments and reviews of all employees. 3. Maintain employee files with statutory requisites in electronic and paper form. 4. Handle exit process 5. Manage Learning and Development Program for the organization 6. Ensuring real time data update concerning employee mapping changes on HR portal and internal trackers. 7. Able to objectively coach and provide guidance to employees on work-related issues, policy interpretation and creative conflict resolution 8. Assist in execution of all HR related activities including survey, assessment, celebration, rewards and recognition program, wellness program, etc. 9. Handle internal and external audits 10. Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems Qualifications: Master's degree in human resource management Desired Characteristics: 1. Resilient under pressure, able to demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and deliver results when confronted with unexpected work demands. 2. Researches and recommends continual improvement to current processes, policies and procedures 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills 5. Strong analytical skills to create and analyze reports 6. Strong computer skills (MS Office, HRIS, Google) 7.
