General Manager Finance & Accounts

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager - Finance & Accounts to oversee the financial health, strategic planning, and operational management of the organization. The role is pivotal to ensuring long-term growth, profitability, and compliance while optimizing internal controls and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic financial management to support business growth and sustainability.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

- Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

- Implement and monitor cost control measures across business functions.

- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, statutory, and governance requirements.

- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.

- Manage treasury functions, cash flow, and liquidity to meet business needs.

- Leverage technology and optimize financial processes for efficiency.

- Lead and mentor the finance team while coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- PG in any discipline with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- 18-25 years of relevant experience, preferably in Automotive Lubricants, Automotive Battery, or Spare Parts industries.

- Strong expertise in cost accounting, product pricing, and manufacturing economics.

- Proficient in financial modeling and business performance analytics.

- Experience working with public listed companies is essential.

- Advanced understanding of risk management, compliance practices, and corporate governance.
