We are currently retained by leading consulting firm to recruit Assurance Analytics

Essentials

Tools and techniques -

- Knowledge of databases, ETL, and hands on experience / theoretical knowledge in SQL

- Hands on experience in analytics in financial reporting

- Audit Analytics Tool ACL (preferred)

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills & Macros)

- Knowledge and experience in ERP such as SAP and / or Oracle and data extraction

- Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Spotfire, Qlikview, etc would be an added advantage

Academic Qualification : CA (or any other accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA) / Post graduate in Management (MBA) / Masters in data sciences / statistics, BE Computer Science/ Information technology

Job Role :

Our national practice assists audit teams in performing data analytics and visualization as a part of statutory audits. These services cover the following main areas:

Audit Analytics

- Foundational analytics in areas such as Journal entry testing, Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Production and Inventory, Re-performance testing

- Sector specific analytics (Advanced/Custom analytics)

- Visualization

- Automated analytics model development for statutory audit enablements

- Data extraction from Client ERPs

- Design, review and modify algorithms, systems and processes to analyze client data, as well as implement them in the appropriate tools and technologies

- Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members
