We are scouting for Manager - Talent Acquisition for one of our IT Services MNC clients based in Noida.
- The incumbent needs to have strong experience in driving specialized recruitment programs to address unique needs and spikes in hiring volume and slate/pipeline development.
- Someone who can effectively build talent communities through various channels; Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs)
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source 'A' players.
- Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting related issues, etc.
Candidate Background :
- Should have work experience of 8-10 years in end to end recruitment.
- Must be from IT Services companies only.
- Understanding of recruiting metrics & SLAs
- Possess superior team management, time management and problem solving skills.
