Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate constantly and quickly. Identify opportunities and define product vision and strategy. - Collate feedback from customers, external and internal stakeholders to generate insights and translate them into pragmatic next steps/ work plan for the Solution development - Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences and be able to write narratives, PR/FAQs, and other strategic documentation - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth - Participate in and contribute to team rituals (Sprint Planning, Retros, Sprint Demos, Stand-ups etc) - Act as the business owner for our products, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business. - Develop a detailed understanding of the product development and go-to-market process for the business, as well as the factors that drive success within each segment of their business. - Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential. - Create business plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans for the launch of new features. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines. Qualifications and skills : - Strong academic background, Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical field from Tier-1 institutes. - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in product management/analyst roles. - Basic understanding of wire framing, prototyping and metrics- tracking tools. - Product management experience developing and launching products. - Experience managing multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation. - Ability to develop and drive business strategy. - Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment with a short iteration cadence. - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
