Position -Associate (VP)

Location: Mumbai

Position : Multiple (junior and mid level)

Primary responsibilities:

- Tracking/ research on rental and capital values for various sectors at city and sub-market level

- Preparing reports

- Forecasting and regression modeling on demand/rental value/capital value for future years

- Demand and supply modeling

- Capital flows analysis and modeling

- Pitch + presentation + analysis

- Preferably CA/CFA/MBA

- Experience in Indian real estate private equity/ International property consultant

- Demonstrated interest in real estate
