Specific skill set required :

- Experience in leading operations and delivery in a global professional services environment

- The Associate Vice President (Career Level 6),is a senior management position and is expected to provide outstanding leadership to BRC. The incumbent will work closely with global stakeholders within the firm to shape and lead BRC against its strategic priorities.

- The AVP is also expected to oversee the financial management of the team.

- The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring high-quality research, driving efficiency, and building a culture of continuous innovation to ensure customer delight. As a brand ambassador of BRC, the role is expected to build on BRC's market presence by engaging the team to develop Thought Leadership, Point of Views, and other engaging articles.

- People and Practice development will also be a key accountability for the role. Practice development includes, among others, identifying the right talent, managing their professional development through appropriate and customized learning and training initiatives, and retaining talent through customized engagement activities.

- In addition to having direct oversight and accountability of all operations, the AVP will work closely with the GKS leadership team to help grow BRC's presence in Deloitte's global network of member firms and contribute to GKS- strategic priorities.
