Associate/VP - Business Planning & Analysis - Corporate Banking Business

Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for candidates in Mumbai within their BP&A team for reporting and analysis of the financial performance of the Corporate Banking Business.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Insights for Corporate business.

- Deliver the Management Financials as part of the monthly reporting.

- Business Plan Consolidation and Review process - RAF (Revised Annual Forecast), STP (Short Term Plan) and MTP (Medium Term Plan) across all stakeholders in Front Office and Infrastructure Functions.

- Provide insight on monthly Client MI performance for Corporate Business.

- Return on Equity reporting at Business MI level / Cluster level.

- Prepare corporate business cost plans, analyze trends & update key stakeholders on a regular basis & work with infrastructure teams to prepare cost plans.

- Give inputs and review new business cases.

- Monitoring Cost Performance Reporting and Analysis.

- Detailed monthly reporting of cost and for various support functions.

- Monitor the trend, conduct variance analysis with budget comparisons.

- Change the bank initiatives /migration /process transition.

Skills:

Qualified accountant(CA / ICWA) / MBA (Finance) / M. Com.

- Understanding of Cost bookings, Corporate Banking, Product knowledge, Cost control.

- Experience working in Cost reporting function.

- Experience in handling large volumes of data & MS Excel.
