Associate Vice President/Vice President - Finance

As the AVP/VP at Mango Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, ensuring fiscal discipline, and optimizing financial performance across our group companies. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing strategic financial guidance to senior management, and leading efforts to enhance financial processes and controls. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the media and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and long-term vision.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across all business units.

- Analyze financial data, market trends, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, treasury, taxation, and risk management.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and provide recommendations to senior management.
