Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the TA Centers of Excellence to source and attract the highest caliber talent
- Establish innovative candidate sourcing strategies to improve the diversity and strength of the talent pipeline.
- Define, track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance, establish goals/ KPIs to drive success.
- Engage with Business Leaders & TA/HR leaders to understand business strategy, both the internal and external talent landscape, resource demand and forecasting.
- Stay abreast of best-in-class recruiting practices to foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Build & execute strong partner eco-system, and direct sourcing channels to various business groups (IT & BPS) across geographies for scale and effectiveness
- Responsible for Talent branding and Recruitment marketing
- Develop and deliver on key performance indicators to ensure a best-in-class hiring of talent and candidate experience
Education:
- Minimum of a bachelor's level degree in business, HR, Organization Development or related field.
- MBA or Master's in Human Resources or Organization Development will be a plus.
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of innovative full-cycle talent acquisition (TA) experience with a minimum of 5+ years in HR or TA leadership roles (preferably from IT/BPS Industry)
- Experience in developing and executing a data-driven and consultative talent acquisition strategy for an organization
- Strong people leadership and capability in building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience in developing and deploying talent discovery strategies, processes, and tools
- Exceptional communication, partnership, teamwork, and influencing skills across broad audiences of internal and external partners, stakeholders, and customers
- Hands-on experience in implementation of Oracle HCM/Taleo or Workday, process automation/ improvement
- Good understanding of global compliance and audit techniques
- Strategic thinking and creative problem solving
