- To partner with the senior leadership to articulate strategic imperatives as well as ensure successful implementation of the same. Monitor and regulate the success of the Company's strategy by being the change agent to facilitate the strategy execution
- Facilitate and manage the annual strategic planning process aimed at articulating the plan for the forthcoming year action plan towards the strategy
- Employ effective prioritization techniques to help leaders identify priority areas that align with the organization's vision and mission
- Socialize the strategic imperatives to the concerned and relevant stakeholders across the organization and gain their commitment for executing the strategy
- Ensure collaboration and integration amongst stakeholders, functions, geographies, roles etc to achieve the organization's most important strategic initiatives
- Work on complex and critical issues and gain insight into the strategic issues which are forefront on the minds of the senior leadership team
- Stay informed of industry, competitor, and consumer trends that can impact the business and incorporate the insights into strategic imperatives
Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably as an EA to CEO of a Technology organization or management consulting experience
