Associate Vice President (AVP) - Healthcare Strategy


This role is with a large Healthcare BPM organization - and will be a part of their Global Strategy Office that spearheads all business-related growth. The role will work closely with the CEO, organizational leaders, and the Board to develop and execute the organization's strategic plan and organizational initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

A. Strategy and Governance. Guide strategy, accountability and governance

B. Intelligence and Direction - Market Research Capabilities

C. New Products and Solutions - Ability and experience in helping create new products and solutions

D. Cross-Practice initiatives

E. Large Transformation Projects/ Initiatives - Someone who has led large transformation projects ( at least 2-5 Million USD) from conceptualizing to executing

F. Provide direction and content for marketing efforts - messaging (website, marketing collaterals), analyst relations (strategy e.g. RFI participation, sourcing and providing information.)

Required Skills & Competencies:

A. An accomplished leader, who has breadth of expertise and deep familiarity with the market, competition, trends (e.g., Industry initiatives, developments, and enhancements).

B. 7 years'+ experience on Strategy areas in U.S Healthcare BPM and Technology. in addition to being well versed in the current healthcare literature.

C. Prior Roles in the space of Strategy space - New Service Creation, BpaaS implementation and ideation experience, Ideation & Conceptual experience of new products and service line creation, designing strategic roadmap for growth and innovation, and Innovation Practice Reengineering.

D. U.S Healthcare generalist ( Payer/ Provider/ Clinical) - one who has the overall experience of U.S Healthcare and is currently playing a part in the strategy function.

E. Presence and ability to work with CXO's in and outside the organization.

Education & Certifications:

- Preferably Postgraduate in Engineering/ MBA from reputed universities.

- Preferably Six Sigma / Lean Sigma - Black Belt/ PMP certified.

- Awareness of U.S Healthcare Governance, Compliance and Audit guidelines.
