Associate Vice President - Sales - Manufacturing (15-20 yrs)
Looking for client who are into manufacturing industry. Looking for 15+ years of experience and have experience in North and central india sales experience. Position reports to President and manage a big team of 80+people, and zonal sales managers. Engineering preferred. PG is a must.
Guide the development of the overall Sales and Marketing strategy for the Regions and markets in alignment with the business plans and objectives. Region to handle are North and Central.
Ensure annual sales projections and target setting.
Track and take necessary steps to ensure the achievement of Regions financial targets on sales and profitability.
Finalize and implement market entry strategies for untapped geographies and clientele
Ensure maximization of revenue realized form current clientele and from newly developed customers.
Dealer engagement and Development.
Sales Forecasting and Planning.
