Associate Vice President - Sales for Byjus The Learning App across India We are hiring for Byjus The Learning App, India's largest Edtech organization across multiple locations. Requirement- Associate Vice President Sales Team Size- 200-300 Direct &amp; Indirect reportees. Candidate Profile - The ability to think strategically, manage a team and revenue targets is essential. Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. - Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. - Post graduate, Bachelor of Technology or equivalent degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7-10 years of experience as a senior sales manager in banking sales, insurance sales, hospitality, consumer durables, consumer goods, hyperlocal delivery among other industries - Mentoring, coaching and people management skills is a must - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analyzing sales data and good presentation skills - Proven track record of positive sales performance Key Responsibilities:- - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team - Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives - Build and promote a strong team culture within the sales representatives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Present sales, revenue and related reports to the management team
