- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, digital analytics tools (adobe, google analytics), data warehousing , data processing & visualization tools
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to apply analytics/statistical methodologies to identify value add to the business
- Experience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions
Business Skills :
- Manage a portfolio of data and analytics projects across multiple functional areas. Projects will span across marketing, customer analytics, data science , data engineering & business analysis
- Serve as a technical mentor to the team and advise on best analytics techniques required to solve client problems
- Must have experience with strategy & planning and should be able to create and execute strategic analytics roadmap for the client
- Develop an understanding of customers' business needs, matching them with capabilities, and develop solutions
Soft Skills (Minimum) :

Education Requirements :
- Minimum - MBA from tier 1 institute or equivalent professional qualification
Work Experience Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience & proven track record leading high performance analytics & data science teams preferably for retail sector
- Must have experience of leading analytics teams
