- Strong understanding in advanced analytics in Retail such as Sales forecasting, Assortment Optimization, Markdown optimization, Order optimization Industry experience in Fashion and Food &amp; Grocer across retail formats. - Relevant exposure to Product management OR Product Owner. - Graduate Degree in Engineering or Graduate / Postgraduate Degree from a front-line Business School. - Be the interface between engineering and deployment team for all customer-specific requirements - Handling retail technology in the merchandising domains - Performing advanced analytics merchandising, or planning tool exposure would be added advantage - Ability to work with global, cross-location organizations.
