 Associate Vice President - Partnerships - BFSI

1. Experience : 8-10 years

2. The candidate must have worked in at least 2 of the following sectors:

- Neo Banks

- Small Finance Banks

- Payments Banks

- Microfinance Institutions

3. Should possess in-depth knowledge of Banking/Insurance/Lending products.

4. Strong analytical skills with data understanding.

5. High energy and drive.

6. Absolutely a hands-on person.

7. Willing to travel up to 15 days a month

Job Role :

1. Would be responsible to on-board Neo Banks/MFIs/Small Finance Banks for Insurance Cross Selling.

2. Responsible to use analytics to create interesting sachet insurance products for clients in BFSI space.

3. To engage with Product teams for creating specific products.

4. To manage existing client relationships and upsell insurance products.

5. To be responsible for revenue/sales through the BFSI Cross Sell Channel
