Client Details : 

Our Client is one of the fastest growing FMCG company in the Nutrition segment

Currently they are looking for a Associate Vice President - NPD based out of Mumbai

Description

Reporting directly to the Operations, NPD Head and the Founders

- Proven track record of leading successful product development from concept to launch.

- Must have experience in a technical environment preferably in R&D in Food Categories and the ability to scale up R&D products to industrial manufacturing (internal / contract manufacturing).


- Knowledge and execution capability of SHEQ processes & systems (safety, health, environment and quality) in an industrial set up


- Ability to ensure legal, regulatory and food safety compliance.


Profile : 

Ideally you are a Food Technologist with a total of 5-10 years of work experience in leading successful product development from concept to launch in food divison/ food based FMCG company. You should possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
