Qualifications/Requirements: - MBA/CA/CFA - Strong financial modelling skills and maturity to understand critical deal terms. - Worked in an Investment Bank for at least 4 years - Who has worked in back office writing equity reports and preparing full fledged business models &amp; valuation reports in an Investment Bank. - Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day aspects of client relationships and transactions with superior attention to detail and quality deliverables - Experience with networking with VC &amp; PE ecosystem in India - Strong understanding of business valuation techniques, including comparable company/transaction analysis and discounted cash flow - Ability to multi-task - Willingness to travel Interested candidates please apply with the current CTC and notice period.
