Associate Vice President - Human Resource - Employee Data Management (Females)


FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY

Location: Mumbai

Shifts: Flexible with US shifts(Night shifts)

Total Exp: 12 + years

Skills: EDM: Hire to Retire - Employee Data management, life cycle of the employee (onboarding, probation conformation, promotion, leave of absence, leaves, merit corrections, transfers, Exit/termination)

HR tools: Success factor/ Workday/ Peoplesoft/ SAP

- Should have been a part of transformation journey from legacy system to the new platform / any process improvements

- Will manage EDM for employees based in US + there will be scope for other countries also in future including Europe APAC and Middle east

- US experience is preferred but ok to look at other geographies as well (need to have international exposure & EDM experience for international employees)

- Should have Service delivery experience

Team Size: will manage 100-150 FTEs, can look at candidates who has managed 70-80 FTEs

Shift: should be Flexible (can go up to 3 to 4 AM)

The team has started to work from office and candidates should be flexible to go to office

Key Responsibilities:

Role Accountability:

- Provide end to end process expertise for Global Workforce Data Admin (WFDA) processes including Onboarding, Job & Personal data changes, Transfers, Global Mobility, Exit Management etc.

- Provide leading practices, Industry benchmarks and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principles

- Provide leading input for technology configuration (Cloud HRIS - Workday/Success Factors) and assist in identifying gaps and matching automation opportunities

- Participate in Global/Local client calls, lead full dress rehearsal preparations before Go Live, provide Hypercare support during Go Live

- Own and manage all process escalations, while working with Global Service delivery teams

Ensure noiseless delivery of service to clients.

- Participate and lead continuous process improvement agenda and share Innovative practices resulting in measurable client value creation

Provide input to the creation of a Global Quality Framework with quantified measurement criteria's in alignment with client/contractual needs

- Provide inputs and participation in end to end process scenarios development and testing for Cloud HRIS

- Create and maintain Job Aids, Global and Local Work Instructions and help train Service delivery team

- Excellent MS Office Skills (Power point, excel, Visio)

- Global exposure know-how of different cultures

- Flexibility to work in different time zones

- Overall 12+ years minimum experience
