- Talent Management & Talent Acquisition
- Compensation & Benefits management
- Employee Relations & Employee Engagement
Learning & Development : Identification & driving career planning programs for talent pool
Performance Management System : Managing & coordinating PMS activity
- Implement corporate HR initiatives in the respective business
- Support corporate HR with respect to Payroll, Benefits Administration & HRMS
