Associate Vice President - Analytics - Utility - IIT/IIM/ISB/XLRI (8-15 yrs)
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse real time complex data feeds from various power plant equipment's and perform predictive modeling studies with an objective to detect equipment failures and system faults
- Capability to understand key drivers of power plant equipment performance and in-depth analysis of equipment maintenance levers through analytical models
- Develop, test and deploy predictive models to enable alerts for asset maintenance
- Provide insights from complex data models through easy to consume dashboards fit for leadership consumption
- Demonstrate robust engineering and analytical knowledge to deliver innovative solutions for utilities customers
- Create technical documentation to support end-users
- Develop a trusted relationship with customers with minimal supervision
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, Spark, data processing, transformation & visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience in building monitoring and diagnostics solutions
- In depth understanding of power plant operations and maintenance
- Hands on experience in statistical analysis, data mining and predictive modeling
- Ability to apply analytics/statistical methodologies to identify value add to the business
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions
