Assistant Vice President- Analytics and Reporting

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech or Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Science, Commerce or Business Administration, MBA preferred |

Experience : 8+ years- experience in leading, managing and delivering complex data solutions and analytics for various projects and business needs across multiple geographies for Business intelligence involving statistical analysis

Location : Pune, India

Role :

Assistant Vice President - Analytics and Reporting is a global function with responsibility to define and implement a data framework which will include :


(a) Data Analytics and Reporting,


(b) Technology Innovation and Applications to provide support for delivery teams, as well as corporate functions including finance, HR, and facilities.

What the team will do :

1. Partner with Delivery and Technology to ensure proper data support, including reporting on quality, productivity, and time, to meet client objectives on time and with a high standard of quality

2. Support decision making by establishing a comprehensive strategy and framework for reporting and analytics

3. Ensure the business is supported with effective reporting, with advanced data analytics and predictive analysis

4. Manage a team of data specialists who are responsible for day-to-day project reporting, data analysis, and process improvements

5. Have deep knowledge of business, technology, and services provided for strategic / top revenue generating clients

6. Ensure integrity and accuracy of data and compliance to standards and practices

- Support Delivery Teams and lead development of methodologies, frameworks, strategies, policies, and plans that support the culture of excellence and continuous improvement

- Manage across the organization to ensure appropriate documentation of data policies and procedures

- Partner with teams across the organization to develop and refine data integrity and processes for periodic reporting

- In partnership with delivery management, maintain and update data tools to provide organized, reliable data for project management

- Build and manage team of Data Specialists and maintain standardized project and data management methods, policies, processes, procedures, workflows, tools metrics and reports

- Propose and evaluate new processes or platforms that support business goals

- Partner with delivery to develop and support client solutions while driving operational excellence and innovation

- Develop continuous improvement strategies to optimize business performance and support the achievement of regulatory assessments

- Support internal and external communication ensuring an efficient and effective communication service is maintained and developed

- Analyze complex data and interpret trends in respect of performance indicators and communicate this information in a simpler format to Management Team and Customers

- Develop and produce project-specific, monthly, quarterly and annual performance indicators
