Associate - Treasury Operations - International Buy Side Firm

Our Client is a leading international buy-side firm.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide support to all aspects of day-to-day activities & deliverables of the Treasury function

- Ensure the entry & review of wires to - investors for fund distributions, employees for realized carry, agents & legal firms for closures of highly sensitive PE acquisitions, bank counter-parties for margin settlements, and vendors for accounts payable expenses

- Act as a central coordinator for technology service providers to support system changes as well as for internal inquiries with regards to wire related issues

- Work closely with all other functions & key internal stakeholders including Fund Ops, HR, Legal & Compliance, Finance and Technology on policy and process matters, as well as relationships with external banking counter-parties

Qualifications & Experience:

- Must have experience in treasury operations & understanding of cash flows between parties

- Strong analytical skills & ability to quickly grasp the Treasury function across firm and fund activities

- Preferably come from an MNC Bank with 1-3 years of work experience

- Must have previous experience with cash management functions such as ACH/Wire/Check processing through bank portals & working knowledge of SWIFT MT
