Designation: Associate - Technical Product Management

On behalf of our client we are scouting for Associate - Technical Product Management to join the Digital Transformation and Insights team. In this role, you will work closely with the Technical Product Manager (TPM) to offer technical guidance to internal stakeholders, external development agencies, and partner vendors. You will act as an escalation point for all stakeholders and will be responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with TPM to forecast and maintain delivery plans

- Be the middleman between external development teams and internal stakeholders

- Maintain detailed documentation for systems and training flows

- Work with TPM to build processes and tools to support the scaling of company's technical infrastructure

- Identify common problems and develop strategies to solve each issue in a timely manner

- Develop fool-proof methods to document learnings and processes

Technical Expertise:

- Understanding of frontend and backend web technologies like HTML/CSS, Javascript, React.js, etc.

- Working knowledge of wireframing tools like Whimsical/Figma/Miro

- Experience with integrations and the ability to understand how different systems can be linked using APIs, planning architectures, and data flows between various systems

- Experience working with CRMs like Zoho/Hubspot/Salesforce

- AWS/Heroku/Azure DevOps experience

- Understanding of minimum viable products (MVPs) and prioritizing what is needed for launch

- Strong knowledge of present-day eCommerce trends, systems, and integrations including eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, ERP, WMS, and CRM

- Experience or basic knowledge of Headless eCommerce systems, SaaS and data warehousing

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English

- 2+ years of experience leading development projects, whether coding themselves or leading coders

- Demonstrable experience in launching and refining solutions and features in a high-growth eCommerce environment

- A proven data-driven approach to building business solutions

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills

- High time-management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and challenges

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Computer Science or a related field
