- Responsible for hiring for approx. 100 across levels & functions in 2021
- Partner with business for understanding the need and accordingly acting as an advisor for their hiring needs
- Ability to multitask as the incumbent will have to manage end to end recruitment by himself sourcing, scheduling interviews, background checks, vendor management
Candidate Profile :
- 5-8 years of experience in TA
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong Business acumen
