Associate - Talent Acquisition - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities Assumed:
- Managing a team of Executives and Analysts while reporting to the Assistant Vice President
- Creating a campus hiring plan, defining the objectives and desired outcomes by working along with the cross-functional teams
- Managing full life-cycle campus recruiting including pre-placement talk, interviews, allocation, etc
- Coordinating and helping team in managing interviews, pre-placement talks, presentations, guest lectures, and any other campus initiatives
- Managing and maintaining campus relations by working closely with the campus coordinators
- Defining and implementing creative marketing strategies and campaigns to attract potential top talent from campuses
- Developing a campus engagement plan to become the employer of choice at premiere campuses
- Designing, developing and implementing various branding tools like flyers, videos, etc. to generate employer awareness and improve branding
- Deploying HR Analytics to generate information and make informed talent decisions from campus
- Taking data and conducting analysis on-campus processes using various metrics to understand best colleges and success ratios on joining
- Generating various reports and analyzing trends for management's review
- Tapping market intelligence and performing competitor analysis to build expertise on specific function hiring from campus
- Implementing a Talent Acquisition strategy and operations plan from campus in line with business priorities
- Working towards ensuring that all talent acquisition and staffing metrics are met, as well as other team goals
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp and have an eye for detail
- Excellent command on Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Positive attitude and reliable
Experience Required:
- An MBA in Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years of work experience or
- 3 to 6 years in a similar role
