Associate - Stress Testing

Role Responsibilities -

- Perform analysis of CCAR / ICAAP / Risk Appetite stress testing results and prepare presentation material for management reviews; bring data to life through visualization and storytelling.

- Analyze impact of macro-economic variables on business drivers and present quantitative and qualitative impact, as well as its implications for the business

- Enhance Analytics tools, currently in Excel, to leverage available automation options (e.g. advanced macros, firm-wide automation initiatives) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)

- Partner closely with sub-LOB Finance P&A teams, CST PMOs and Corporate functions (Challenger, Business Control Officers, MRGR, FERC, FRRA, and SEC external reporting teams)

- Develop solid understanding of what drives performance of each of sub-lines of business; including understanding of forecasting methodologies, portfolio composition, model specifications, benchmarking

- Sharpen your softer skills by leading engagements involving stakeholders from Analytics and other teams, as well as negotiating with upstream counterparties (e.g. Corporate) to shield your clients (CCBs sub-lines of business) from unnecessary or inefficient requests

- Excellent communication skills, candidates having functional experience, in stress testing, not the IT guys
