Associate - Strategy Team - Healthcare

Looking for MBA with Sales/Marketing/Business Studies background from a Premier Institute with 3 - 5 years experience from Healthcare industry.

Incumbent will be involved in drawing up the business and implementation plan with the Group Strategy Team and thereafter will migrate to operationalized business.

Responsibilities : -

1) To work closely with the Strategy Team to finalize the detailed business plan, prepare a blueprint for execution and be responsible for its implementation.

2) To build and expand the sales network through interaction.

3) Assist in development of inhouse customer service team to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

4) Assist in development of business processes, policies and manuals.

5) Ensure implementation of quality management and regulatory compliance strategies.

6) Contribute to short and long term organizational planning and strategy.
