Associate/Specialist - Delivery & Quality - Healthcare Consulting Firm (3-5 yrs)

Our client is one of the leading life sciences consulting firm that provides strategic and tactical insights to clients worldwide. Blending consulting services with research capabilities, they specialize in corporate strategy, pipeline & portfolio optimization, brand planning, market analytics, promotional effectiveness, and licensing & acquisition. They are based out of Boston, MA, and with offices in New York City, Princeton, San Francisco and Gurgaon.

They are looking for Delivery and Quality Associate whose responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) supporting the consulting team with:

Content generation/slide creation for projects :

- Create PowerPoint slides by leveraging content in other (or similar) file formats

- Convert project proposal (in Word or PowerPoint) to the kick-off deck for internal and client meetings

- Translate research data (gathered by consulting staff) into PowerPoint slides

- Visually elevate the key priority slides for client deliverables.

- Update and maintain Trinity's slide template library using the - best- slides from the project after closure

Achieving high standards of quality and deliveryatTrinity :

- Proof read and sanity check PPT/Word/Excel documents (format, grammar, color specifications, alignment issues)

- Correct typographical and grammatical errors, ensuring consistency and credibility of individual charts and whole documents, and fixing graphical errors and inconsistencies across materials

- Maintain consistency in outputs and numbers across multiple project files (e.g. excel forecast and supporting PPT report)

- Adhere to meet stringent deadlines

- Flag QC issues to the consulting team about irregularities in the document (s) and obtain prior permission to go ahead making changes/corrections to avoid conflict

Position Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Communications, Marketing or Health sciences discipline

- Three or more years of proof-reading/quality analyst experience

- Strong oral and written communication skills in the English language

- Deep proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PPT, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat

- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays (if/as required by onshore teams)

- Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and manage multiple priorities
