Our Client is one of the fastest growing technology product company operating in a global hospitality industry with customers spanning over 30 countries, is looking to hire Associate Special Projects / Strategic Initiatives who will be reporting to the CFO.  Name of the Position: Associate Special Projects / Strategic Initiatives  Mission: Business / Strategic Thinking  Reporting: To CFO   Key requirements for this role :   - Collect / review / monitor data and reports from different functions and submit reports to track progress against company goals  - Recommend changes to existing products, policies, and processes to improve overall performance and economics  - Research, Identify and analyse latest industry/technology trends and create reports on new growth opportunities  - Execute special projects  - E-learning module for customers  - Review, Analyze and improve Customer Feedback process (NPS, CSAT etc.)  - Review, customize, implement ISO 27001 (or equivalent)  - Digital Knowledge Management for the company  - Digitize all records (HR, Accounts etc.)  - Prepare research reports, business plans as required  - Review/update Project Management system to improve efficiency  ERP system  Competencies:  - Analytical Skills (Problem Solving)  - Business/Strategic Thinking  - Technology Business Understanding (SaaS)  - Project Management  - Excellent command over PPT and Excel  - External (client/business) communication
