Associate - Service Operations - Energy Technology Firm (6-10 yrs)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Order Booking through Oracle System involving reviewing customer orders, booking and picking orders for shipment
- Validating existing programs between the portals and Oracle system.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
- Coordinate with logistics specialists, planners, or schedulers.
- Work closely functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources.
- Work with internal teams to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.
- Work with planning & order management teams for inventory procurement & inventory - planning & management for order fulfilment. Responsible for RMA for Store & services-related programs
- Ensure the scheduled booking & picking jobs are running as set up. Coordinate with Dev team and IT
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and inventory for specific services related programs
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, or customer issues.
