Job profile:
- Assist Manager/ Director/ Partner in carrying out valuation, impairment testing and due diligence engagements
- Carrying out market research, financial analysis through financial data bases, listed companies, peer group and present valuation conclusion across industry sectors
- Ability to work on valuation models independently, knowledge of IVS standards- DCF/ Comparable/ Option Pricing/ Multiple approach
- Working knowledge of relevant valuation standards(IVS) and IFRS standards- IFRS 3, impairment analysis, fair value accounting, valuation of un-quoted investments etc.,
- Prepare valuation reports, provide strong arguments, justification, methodology, assumptions, and basis for a value conclusion
- Build and manage client relationships
Job Requirements
we are looking for a qualified candidate around 2 years' experience as a Associate / Senior Associate in a valuation advisory firm. The candidate must possess excellent technical knowledge and have a strong professional track record that meets the following criteria:
Qualifications, skills, work experience and professional background:
- 3-4 years of previous valuation, client-facing work experience ideally in a big four firm
- ACA, CFA, MBA-Finance or ACCA qualified
- High degree on proficiency in advanced MS office/ PPT and Excel skills,
- Experience with PowerBi tools, CFI courses and other applications will be an added advantage
