Responsibilities:

- Create training calendars based on inputs from the L&D Manager

- Coordinate between multiple stakeholders across functions and levels to help execute L&D programs

- Schedule and invite participants to training programmes

- Facilitate zoom sessions according to the agenda

- Create surveys and gather feedback and inputs for training purposes

- Analyse the survey results and identify action plans

- Be able to research and gather information on a variety of subjects

- Follow-up and ensure closure of projects with multiple stakeholders

- Assist in designing training curriculum and content

- Assist in L&D program management

- Create training materials such as quizzes, assessments, practice activities, etc. with inputs from the L&D Manager

- Regularly update the LMS with training content

- Ensure sanity of all training content uploaded to the LMS

- Track and report progress of learning activities on the LMS
