Roles & Responsibilities:

- Liaise with clients (individuals or businesses) and provide financial information and advice

- Taxation & Compliance: Ensuring Timely Statutory Payments including TDS, PT, PF, GST Quarterly TDS filings, Advance tax workings review and payment. Monthly & Annual compliances, reconciliations and audit compliances related to GST. Hands on experience in handling ROC, RBI, DGFT filings and compliances.


- Be the point of contact with company. To have the ability to connect the business situations at any point of time to various tax aspects and provide solutions. Responsible for preparation of the annual tax filings. Responsible for coordination in Tax Assessments, Notice, responses, liaison with the inhouse team related to the same.

- Experience in dealing with MNC clients and handling major work into compliances.

- Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of the various work streams such as Accounts payables, AR, General ledger etc. Understanding of the payroll & treasury process and review of related accounts.

- Payroll Compliance: Work closely with the payroll teams, providing support and guidance. Conduct regular meetings with relevant departments, including Tax, Accounting, HR and Legal. Work with key stakeholders and Project teams to ensure Payroll Compliance is established for new countries/companies on boarded from day

- Team: Managing resources including Men, Money, Material and Time. Training and educating cross functional finance team on new skills for effective business operation. Advising and monitoring team with quality and timely decisions to meet business requirements.

- Process Development: Development, implementation and maintenance of systems, procedures and policies, SOPs. Spread head the system automation processes. Interaction with employees and inter departments for process improvements. Engaging with internal stakeholders to support on the new business requirements and developments/automation of process.
