- As an Associate/Senior Associate - Culture, you will be responsible for defining and bringing alive the way of life
- You will ensure that the Leadership Principles (LPs) are manifested deeply with regular interventions - through content, policies, engagement programs etc.
- The role would involve working actively on talent management, hiring process, internal communication, talent branding and leadership development.
- The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about building organizations, enjoys working with people through great interpersonal skills and is a strong program manager.
