Role: Associate/Sr. Associate - Real Estate-Investment Banking
Key Target: End to End Deal Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Database and analytics creation and updation
- Detailed Financial Analysis of Projects
- Detailed Pitch Book & Collateral Preparation
- Primary Surveys for Data Collation Site Visits
- Interacting with client team for clarfications, data collection, etc.
- Documentation support Closure support including due dilligence and documentation
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- Corporate Finance, PE, I banking, Project Finance, RE Fund Raise
- Financial Modelling on Excel
- Financial Analysis
- Marketing & Presentation Skills
- Any RE knowledge is preferred
Education:
- MBA or CA or both
- Top College & Academics
- Additional specialisation like law or CFA is a plus
Experience : 0 - 4 years Financial modelling IM or Deal book preparation. Any financial transaction or RE transaction preferred
