Associate/Senior Associate - Private Equity Fund - Investments Team - Healthcare

Key Details:

- Years of experience: 4-8 years Post MBA from Tier 1 pedigree or Global B Schools

- Education: BTech / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBBS and MBA (MANDATORY)

- Sector expertise in Healthcare/Life Sciences/Biotechnology

Professional experience in either of the following:

1. CDD professionals working with consulting firms or Big 4s and covering healthcare or pharma as a sector

2. Front-end Investment bankers covering HC or Pharma as a sector

3. Corporate Development folks working with the Corp Dev (M&A) teams of Pharma Companies

4. PE professionals focused on HC or Pharma as a sector

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for financial modeling, valuation and investment memos

- Screen potential opportunities

- Create a storyboard for presentations and pitches and guide analysts in market research and with qualitative and quantitative analysis of the opportunities

- Prepare term sheets and manage transaction documents and other agreements relevant for transactions

- Co-ordinate and manage due diligence and reporting to the senior team members

- Lead internal portfolio reporting work including analysis, trends, risks and mitigants

- Support portfolio companies in the key value creation initiative from the Fund
