- Good academic performance and a strong professional background serve as important differentiators.
- Must have experience in conducting analyses and developing insights, creating financial models, analysing large sets of data, working directly with project teams and facilitating meetings to enable decision making. Some evidence of practical experience with these activities should be visible.
- Candidates with expertise in at least one of the following areas would be highly preferred for both the EA and the SA roles
a. Organization redesign
b. Functional transformation
c. Cost transformation
d. Organization structure and operating model design
e. Diagnostics and benchmarking
f. Business case analysis
In case of candidates applying for the SA role, past instances of contribution to research, white papers, blogs, etc. and active interest demonstrated in mentoring and coaching junior team members are good to have attributes
