Associate/Senior Associate - MD & CEO's Office - NBFC

Urgent Opening for the post of Associate/Sr Associate - MD&CEO's office with one of the leading NBFC:

Purpose of Role:

- To support his manager in managing the delivery of strategic initiatives as decided time to time. This role is fluid in terms of the strategic initiatives as decided time on time. This role is fluid in terms of work expected e.g development of CEO reporting mechanism, evaluating the current projects, cost benefit analysis of the proposed initiative etc.

- The role holder will extensively involve with team leads of internal departments and support them with exceptional reporting, analytics, forecasting and medium level use statistical tools in MS-Access & MS-Excel. Having knowledge of newer tools like Altryx, Tableau etc. will be an extra advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- CEO's update - monthly and daily.

- Support annual/Half yearly budgets

- Evaluation of CEO's review presentation across departments.

- Do root cause analytics for variance from the budget.

- Relationship Management and expectations setting for CEO's review.

Primary Skills:

- The purpose of the job is to support the reporting piece for the top management and manage information in a meaningful manner such that informed decision may be taken. The individual should be an expert in compiling data from different functions, support in developing analytics.

- He should be proficient in problem solving.
